Film Regions International, Inc. (FRI) formally elected Matthew LaCurts as a member of the company’s board of directors, during a special board meeting on February 12th following the resignation of board member Jonathan Boda.
Mr. LaCurts will be filling in Mr. Boda’s vacated seat, who had previously been serving as Vice President and Board Secretary, announced FRI Board Chairman Eric Walter and President/CEO John Blythe.
Mr. LaCurts, who has had extensive experience in computer programming and a long working relationship with Mr. Walter has assisted immensely in setting up a designated website for the company and is looking forward to becoming part of the team to help FRI grow and move forward in a positive direction in future projects.
